What are your workshop opening hours?

Monday			9:00am - 5:45pm

Sunday			CLOSED

Do I need an appointment to visit the workshop?

Not at all, please feel free to come and browse my workshop.  However sometimes I do recommend contacting us on a Saturday to ensure we are able to provide you with the best possible service where you will not be interrupted and your needs can be perfectly met.

Will my jewellery come with a guarantee?

At the jewellery workshop all jewellery I make comes with an individual hallmark or sponsors mark.  This proves the item was made in my workshop and can be traced back to me.

 

Can my jewellery be engraved?

Yes, I am happy to engrave any of our diamond jewellery designs with a message of your choice, where the jewellery allows for a engraving to be made.

 

Are your diamonds certified?

I can supply certified diamonds that come with a certificate that shows exactly what the stone is.  The most highly regarded certificate is a GIA Certificate (Gemmological Institute Of America).  The Laboratory will, as well as grading the diamond, laser scribe a tiny number on a part of it, making it extremely hard to forge a certificate.  The number only matches one stone
